Return Policy

Our throw blankets and digital printed scarves by Oh Suzanni are made-to-order items, each item is custom-created at the time of order, this means I cannot accept returns for them. 

Order Cancellations

If your order has already entered the production or shipping stage (typically within 24 hours after purchase), I cannot cancel it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Include a description of the issue and a photo of the damaged item.

Sale Pricing

Sale pricing is valid between the sale dates only and can not be applied to past purchases.
